I use Acronis TrueImage and it works well. I wouldn't say it's perfect, but it does the job once you've got your head around how to use it.
I have it set to backup my system drive (two drives in RAID0:up to 200GB) every morning in the hours before I get up. It also backs up an up to 1TB drive of mainly music and video, but due to it taking so long, I've set that to happen only every 3 days. All the backups are incremental, so only the changes are recorded after an original backup's been saved.
For the system drive I have it set to keep a rolling set covering the last 7 days in case I need to recover from further than 24Hours for some reason.
It's set to only accumulate five increments of the 1TB drive backup and next time delete them and start again with a full backup as otherwise my 1TB backup drive overfills. I use maximum compression and just about get away with just a 1TB backup drive, but really this needs to be bigger.
