Hmm, good find. Can't resist free crap, but it is kinda of odd they would send out a free voltmeter, I would expect some nice phone calls from them first! :P
Thanks
Mike

Hmm, I get a 403 error sad

dataq used to give out free dataloggers, with crippled $50 software. But then an open source driver was created, so they started requireing you to buy the softare... Still a pretty good deal smile

The multimeter is for potential customers only. Your local sales rep will call to confirm the request before sending anything out and usually will only deliver in person during sales meeting. I got my free multimeter awhile go on a previous similar promotion. Luckily, we use Vicor converters frequently.

GOod luck!

Well, these meters are sold for like 2 euro over here...
i wouldnt bother since the meter basically is useless for anything more then continiuity checking.
Vicor converters are nice but Astec AMPSS are better since they are much less stupid.
These bring out a nice current monitoring signal, temperature monitoring and have current limit/voltage/OVP adjustment features, also syncing and disable is on the secondary side (the gate in connection on vicor modules is a major pain as its on the primary side, being line connected).
