Old ampersulf (ammonium persulphate) efficiency?

Hi all.

Found this in my chemicals cabinet. Its been there for about two years at least, is it likely to still etch?

The powder is RS Components anhydrous ammonium persulphate, and it worked when I used it last time.

Also have some light sensitive PCBs here, same problem.

Please advise, thanks. The powder *looks* OK however, no sign of clumping.

It's probably OK. I guess the best way to check is to try a solution of some with a piece of scrap board or even just some copper wire.
