zvs coilgun charger control

I have designed (and currently building) a battery powered coilgun charger based on the zvs schematic. For this project i'm using one 1cm^2 cross-section gapped transformer (4 turns-ct-4 turns) a 470nF mylar cap , a 47nf capacitive ballast and full waverectification (open circuit voltage with no load with 13V input is 450VDC), for switching 2 40V 20A 0.0045 ohms ultrafets. Since it needs to be turned off and on i used some transistors to draw down the mosfet gates: in particular when the contrl is ttl high (5V from the Microcontroller) the charger is on and the gates aren't pulled down. THe hysteresis is set to 5V and it is software-controlled by the PIC using his internal adc.

Below there are the schematics and board, any comments-suggestions?
