toroid construction continues

my new toroid is in the last stages now...

just need to put some putty on her to smooth it out a bit more and make it stronger...

am thinking about using car body filler...

any other suggestions?

i love the foam hole filler so easy to shape and cover the ducting with although as you can see you end up cutting more off then what you leave behind lol (the pile is about 2/3's what i removed)
