eBay seller only shipping to the US

There's something I want to buy on eBay, but the seller won't ship outside the US. I have talked to the seller, and he still won't ship outside the US.

Is there anyone here from the US that are willing to help me? You need to be registered with eBay and paypal. I'll first transfer the money to you (via paypal) and then you'll transfer the money to the seller, then the seller sends the item to you, and you send it to me. I'll of course pay all costs (and some pay for the work, if you're interested).

Edit: I'll pay the seller directly for the item, so you'll just have to wait until you get the item, and then give me a shipping price. I'll pay you through paypal
