Help with PLL

I have decided to build an induction heater using PLL (
This schematic uses the 4046, but I only have the LM565. Is it possible to modify the schematic to allow me to use the 565 instead? (Sorry, I am relatively new to all this stuff)Re: Help with PLL

It should be possible, as the original is using the Type 1 phase detector, which is what the 565 has.

I found this schematic online
and being a poor student, I've decided to change it so it doesn't use optocouplers (I think he's using them as level shifters). My new schematic is here:
Can someone check to make sure everything is right?
