To-The-Point tips to Get bigger sparks for DRSSTC?

Dears,

I received my oneTesla (the old one) driver board from Chinese site, I built the primary and the secondary coils for it as below:

1- Primary 4.5 turns flat spiral
2- Secondary 25cm X 7.5cm PVC with 0.15 wire
3- Toroid is Spun Aluminum 20cm diameter, and 5cm thickness
4- Resonance is at 290KHz

I have 3 problems now:

1- the major problem is the arc length is less than 20 cm at 110V ??
2- the circuit will NOT operate at 220V?
3- the primary words in both directions the same way ?


about point 2,3 I thought they can give you more info about the cause, but is there a way we can increase the arc lenth in this model ?
