4 MOT Tesla Coil

This is for our first big coil, which is going to be a rotary spark gap coil.
We are using 4 MOTs with doubler for our power supply:
The blue filter capacitors are 40uf 1100v; diodes are chains of 1N5408.

What design are you basing it off of? I don't think i've yet seen 4 MOTs with diodes before. is it a voltage doubler? (you would get like 23000 vdc or more in that case) or half or full wave rectifier? (you would get like 11300 vdc or more in that case) as opposed to a 2 MOT voltage doubler where you get the same 11300 vdc, or more, since these calculations are based on the MOT being 2000 volts, but it's usually higher than that. And from the sound in the video, you might want to move your spark gap electrodes closer together. too much bang energy can put unnecessary stress on the whole system, especially tank caps.
How big is your coil going to be? I wanna see that beast!

We're using a voltage doubler.
For Chris: the capacitors were bought off taobao. If you have a way of getting them brought here, you can buy a lot of really affordable components in large quantities
The blue capacitors are for filtering (they are probably not rated for the current and their capacitance is probably too big). We are using some 1200V 0.3uF capacitors for our MMC. There will be a giant inductor between the two capacitors to make sure that we are not shorting the power supply capacitors (probably made from 3 MOT secondaries).

Hello,
the design is a bit messy, but promising,
look at this link, I built my tesla coil with 4 MOT.
Think about safety, the MOTs are not limited in current, so very dangerous as the distribution transformer (pole pig);-)
