Semiconductor Sale (Minibrick Parts)

I am moving cross country so I have some stuff to get rid of.

I have a bunch of minibrick semiconductors that could use a new home.
I acquired most of them for an induction heater project a number of years ago.
If I recall correctly, the IXYS parts are surplus / new from ebay and the other parts are pulled off heatsinks, but should all work.

1X IXYS IXFN48N50
1x IXYS IXFN80N50
4x TSD4M250AV (can't seem to find an exact datasheet online for these, but they seem to be 250V MOSFETs)
4x BYT261PIV400
2x CSD2450 solid state relays


$100 OBO for the lot. Everything fits in a small flat rate box, so shipping is $6.85.
