Finally complete now that I've added the final piece (the toroid)! Currently getting 6 inch sparks. I have a level shifter installed but not activated (it was causing arcing from the secondary to the grid coil).

Secondary specs:
685 turns of 28awg
490khz fres
10 inches tall
2 inches diameter
4.25 inch toroid top load

Primary specs:
16 turns 14awg
5 inch clear acrylic form
.001uF tank cap

Grid specs:
12 turns 28awg
.002uF grid leak cap
1kohm grid leak resistor

Power specs:
MOT with inactive level shifter
Fan cooled
