planning my secondary

I have two NST 15kv/60ma. I plan to build a TC in the future and I am slowly collecting/manufacturing the parts. I have already build my SRG/phase controller and NST filter. I also have two primary tank capacitors (0.025uf and 0.05uf) I would like to build a secondary that I can interchange with either running at 15kv/60 or 15kv/120ma. I know that I want to tune Lp*Cp to Ls*Cs. So, is it possible to have one secondary for both where I just have to retune Lp as I vary Cp?

One paper I was reading used regression analysis to determine that the secondary's diameter in inches is 0.323*(Input Power)^0.4
Using 900w and 1800w I get about 5" and 6.5", respectively. Again, could I just split the difference and use 6" for both? Does it really matter exactly what the diameter is as long as
1. the coil is tall enough to avoid strikes to the primary
2. the Ls*Cs is equal to Lp*Cp

If it is a matter of just working through the coil simulators you can just say so. I am already trying various designs. A push or pull in the right direction would be appreciated, though.
