current pinch, how to make a multable high voltage switch, with about 1-0.1ms turn on

High I,ve been thinking about make the bwlow picture, instead of batterys a bridge recifer, maybe powered from 480volt mains or a Nst.
Im trying to work out a quick timing switch for really high volts, I,ve seen a angle grinder turning a multable sparkgap disc, but im not sure if it will be fast enought for the size of the caps, and switch on at the same time. Was wondering if anyone has some ideas

Whats "really" high voltage ? do the switch closure times have to be precise ? A multi-pole rotary switch might work. Sounds like you want all the switches to close simultaneously. This is trickier. There are some pretty high voltage IGBT's these days but complex drive requirements.

GDT's close in nanoseconds. perhaps a crude trigatron using gas arrestors biased below the breakdown point (this has worked for me.

Please elaborate on your application.

Hi Fredrick, planning on creted multiable wires by the design above to make the amp-turns the same as a really high joule source say 200kv and 100uF, but as thevoltage would be to high for caps like that, was trying to make times ten wires and divide by ten voltage.
With the design I need to close the switchs etc close to the same, as the pulse isnt going to last long.
The goal was 10-20kv but can use less and more current paths, to some degree.

Going to do some searching on trigatrons to see how they work

Cheers

i am sorry but 200kv at 100uf is beyond absurd.

Kolas, where is your sense of adventure ?
it's only 2 MJ (and about 2 M$),
less than half the energy of a typical lightning bolt cheesey
(less than a pound of TNT, or a few hand grenades, or one large sandwich)

Andy, don't forget to wear earplugs,
and the clothes that you want to be buried in cry

So for the miss understanding, was meaning two kw/hour with 1-0.1mS pulses at a high voltage.
