Wonder if this would be suitable for making HTSCs, just put the disc to be annealed over a plate of this material and heat both up to 500C.
At this temperature the superconductor should absorb all the free oxygen into its lattice and it would be fully reversible.

Also worth mentioning, use the same process to fine tune oxygen levels as one possible way to improve Tc is to fine tune oxygen levels within the copper oxide hypocharged layer only.

I find this article a bit hard to believe. 1cm^3 of liquid oxygen would occupy something like 2.4 L at STP. The way they are describing this amazing unidentified substance, it would have to contain more oxygen per unit volume when saturated than pure liquified oxygen. It sound very interesting but I think someone has some of their facts wrong. Sounds too good to be true. If it's even half as good as they say it would be awesome for glassblowing and oxyfuel welding and I can see why you would be excited about the potential electromagnetic properties of something with that much oxygen.
