Rapid firing EM accelerator

The coilguns are more common. Rapid firing ones exist already, but the designs are based on LiPo batteries. Those are toys power-wise, because batteries are not designed for megawatt pulses - this power can be drawn from capacitors only. So high-power rapid-fire coilguns haven't been made so far. If you want to be the first one to try, consider half-bridge design. Will you dare?
