Post sandbox

Is it possible to add another catagory down here to serve as a sandbox for posts? Maybe even include a button to be able to delete you're own post to avoid clutter and filespace usage? I'd like to try some new things with the HTML stuff to see exactly what translates over from real HTML to 4hv embedded HTML.
