A challenge!

Hi all.
OK, here's the challenge.
Make a voice changer using cheap components.
No custom chips allowed.
You may use any components available, but PIC 10F, 12F675/683 and 16F84/626/88/etc are a good starting point.
Additionally you can use external memory such as 23K256/640, external A-D if required such as TLC548/9.

Winner gets a "box of components".. contents to be random but useful.

Please note, your code should be commented if possible, or at least enough so people can follow what is being done.
If possible make sure it runs off 5V but its fine if it runs off 3.3V

All circuits submitted will where time allows be tested and graded on power consumption, ease of building, use of creative code techniques and sheer ingenuity.

Circuits may be posted on this thread, and to be generous I am setting a closing date of May 9th.

In the event of a duplicate, the "first to post" will be considered as priority.
Try not to copy other's work smile
