what to do with those bricks?

i came across 2 nice igbt bricks some time ago and want to make them useful for something instead of putting them in a corner for years.

both are toshiba mg200q1js9 , i have no datasheet of this type but alldatasheet has the mg200q1js40 datasheet here

Link2 dont know whats the difference between js9 and js40.

so, they are really slow even for a brick but i tested them ok up to around 100khz hardswitching. i think they are 1200volt and 400A peak and 200A continious.

so what do ya think, halfbridge drsstc? oltc? induction heater? other suggestions
maybe someone has the exact datasheet for me?

They are actually some of faster bricks, it's good if none of transistent times is >1us.
It's too good for OLTC, with DRSSTC it looks like you would need a very low frequency secondary, strong gate drive and lots of luck :p

Maybe a halfbridge 'SS pole pig' if you can find adequate ferrite...

i could imagine that you can use them for a coilgun.
