TLC555 High speed

Im making an open loop SSTC, and I've been looking for some TLC555 timer calculators on the web. There are many ones for the more common NE555, but the same values with that chip for Ra, Rb and C(t) will not give the same frequencys for a TLC555. The max frequency is supposed to be 2.1Mhz, and I want my oscillator to be adjustable from about 300kHz to 1Mhz or around there, but with 50 percent duty cycle as the main requirement. Suggestions for the values of the timing components? Which is usually a potentiometer, Ra or Rb? I know something in the ~200pf range is necessary for the capacitor.

You'd be able to answer most of your questions from a 555 timer tutorial. A web search brings up lots.

A TLC555 operates in the same way as an NE555.

I know, I downloaded the calculator from the TI website, and it works fine, but I would like a ~50 percent duty cycle and adjustability from ~200kHz-800kHz. And the equations are different, for the same frequencies, the capacitor must be smaller if the resistors are the same. I'll just ask the original person what values they used.
