PCB manufacturers

My latest project incorporates TQFP packages with 0.27mm pad sizes (what have I gotten myself into, haha). So, needless to say, i'm planning on having a PCB professionally etched.
Does anybody have a favourite company that's capable of:
- double sided surface mount boards
- vias
- small-sized chips (S-PQFP)
Silk screening isn't really important. Also, the software required for designing the circuitry isn't really important either, but I like EaglePCB and Ultiboard 9. Cost is always an issue, but quality is always important.
Thanks a bunch guys, I'm trying to avoid blindly picking a company out from Google's listings.

I always liked expresspcb.com although they require you to use their own software (which is free download of course) and they are pretty reasonable. Also, you don't have to worry about gerber files.

I use Myro PCB
at work to get prototype boards made. I have had them do up to four layers, and SMT footprints with 0.025" pin spacing, and they all turned out fine.

how big is the board?
If it is under like 20in^2 you are probably best off going with sparkfun's pcb service... 8mill traces

Well, here's the thing. The board will be small (~8cm^2, 2cm X 4cm), but if possible, i'd like to have multiple boards printed during a single run. For example, if i'm allowed a total board surface of 64cm^2, I'd be able to make eight copies of the same board.
To be honest, I'm not sure how manufacturers will handle a situation like this. I wouldn't expect it to be a problem through.

You just copy the design arround on the board and tell the house to route out the boards (usually you have to put a little tab that holds them together and is snapped off later)... There should be a layer in your pcb software for that...

Myro and most other PCB houses seem to do that for you. You pay about $100-150 to have a 10" x 10" panel made, and they print as many copies of the board as will fit on the panel, and cut them apart for you. You supply the gerber file for a single board and they "panelize" it for you.
