Good thing I wasn't driving. Would have been up for vehicular manslaughter.

Yeah me too, I would have dropped it into 1st and run the knob 'ed over...
Not that I'm usually like that but I don't think I would be able to stop myself

People like that need to be culled.

Unfortunately, the world is full of them.
You'll also notice that he's done it before - he knows to smash the mirrors, tail-lights, windows, headlights, windscreen and rear-window.
I know people at my school who, when they leave, will be like that. And the law here in Australia is so pissweak that it's easier for them to live like that than by doing the right thing.

It's actually quite a difficult situation to be in IMO. You might like to run the guy down, but a car is a pretty unwieldy weapon, especially in a tight area like a parking lot. Also, it might feel good to pull out a gun and shoot him, but it won't feel so good when you're in jail for manslaughter.
I'm sure anyone here who is interested in martial arts and strategy will have some pretty strong opinions on the matter, but I reckon the best strategy is to drive out of there as quick as possible, and if that involves running the guy down, fine. You can tell the judge in all honesty that you were just trying to get out and he got in the way. If you can't see where you're going because he smashed the windscreen, answers on a postcard.

Hehe, yeah, 'tis hard to get enough acceleration in a parking lot to get the run-down-o-meter up to "FATAL".
It's people like this who set bad stereotypes for entire ethnic groups =(
Desmo might be able to comment better than I can on the situation in Australia atm =P

The word 'Taser' always brings a smile to my face
When I work night shift we can watch tv (sort of) and when 'Cops' is on you know when they break out the taser because everyone one in the room starts cheering lol.

"Know what I'm sayin'?" ...Honestly, no. Take the cock out of your mouth and speak properly.
That type of person is a perfect canidate for social cleansing. Police brutality? I didn't see any. They deserve every hit they get.
