The new computer failed at keeping data, so I set it up with the old one again. So far I have the data for the room temp water, now I'm waiting for a pot of water to boil.

Also, no such patent "US PATENT 395,748"

Ugh, experiment's a bust. I can't get the data off the computer. Even plugging the HDD directly into my PC via a usb/ide cable gets me nowhere. I have the XLS files on the old PC, but they're stuck there. Unless someone gives me a dial-up number/password etc for me to use and upload the data to uloadr, no experiment.

So, anyone got a dial-up number + password for me to use?

Edit: Nvmd. Turns out netzero offers free dial up for 10 hours each month. I got the files now and I'm making a graph. All hail our lord and savior 14kbp/s modem!

Well would you look at that? The cold water froze faster.

Constants;
The cup was sitting on a cardboard box
Freezer had a minimum temp of -14*C
Porcelain cup
No defrost cycle
Water from same tap
Same water volume

I messed up the legend, and both lines stop at -1*C
