 		I would guess AGI for the first offer(they make STK).

Maybe swales or orbital sciences for the second, but neither matches the details you've given.

 		i have family AND friends in CA. My cousin is at Stanford, about 10 minutes from my work. My roomate from a year ago here in IN lives about 30 minutes out of San Fransisco. I also have family in San Diego, so I'm well covered. It will certainly be a big change, can't say I'm looking forward to the adjustment, but it should be a nice place to start my real life.
