Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but here it is.
I vaguely recall reading about a catalytic heater for heating helium pressurant in a liquid bi propellant rocket. Something about mixing a few % of H2 and O2 into the helium gas and passing it thru the catalysis to warm it up. Effective reducing the amount of He needed to pressurize the tanks. I managed to find a us patent #3779009 talking about the same thing, but I'm almost certain that it was used in one rocket or another. Can someone help me find some references.

If you have the FULL patent, I believe that related subject material that has a patent would be listed prior to the Summery. If you got the patent from places like "Patents Online" you may not have gotten that material. If you go to the USPO, they have a graphic module that allows you to see the archived full patent and that material must be there by law. If you already went that route.... I apologize.
