I guess most of you guys already know that a lot of fruit/vege juice can be use as ph indicator. But I think I found a new one! Hint : the comes in 750cc green bottles.
This morning when I was doing the dishes, I filled the wine glass with tap water, it started out purple as expected. Then it turned deep blue all by itself. Humm..this is interesting. So I put a drop of soap in it, and it turned back to purple. Now if i can just get some acid to test it. Tabasco! Just a drop of tabasco and the whole glass turned red!
I know grape juice are pH sensitive, but fermented? It's fun because you only need a few drops, and you can do whatever you want with the rest.
