I am going to purchase about a dozen or so HGTG30N60A4D Fairchild IGBTs. These are the ones with the antiparallel diode. DigiKey will give almost a 1.50 price break per unit if I order 25 untis, bringing the cost down to 5.57 per unit. I don't have a need for 25 pieces but if some of you guys want to save a few bucks now is the time to buy them! I will ship them which ever way you want them. I planned on ordering right away, but I will wait a few days to see if anyone else wants to purchase these too.
