Few days ago I requested small order from RS components, for my DRSSTC and agency in croatia simply says they discontinued all IGBT transistors as there was no requests (proffesor that ordered them says so).
HGTG30N60s were $25 piece, and that was my only chance of getting them (school would pay me). Or I can buy some brand new MO's with solid state mots, that are $50 and hope for usable IGBTs (lol).
For fairchild I dont know even if they ship to balkanian countries (they dont send samples). Now I wonder if anyone cold help or recommend a good seller or help me finding them any way

I can sell you as many hgtg30n60's as you want at $15 a piece. $5 shipping for as many to-247 fets as you can afford to most countires. I can accept checks in USD or paypal... Not sure how you school handles these things...

I know Arrow Electronics here in the states sells the HGTG30N60A4 for just under $6.00 There is a Euro Arrow that ships to some Balkin countires and I am sure they have something comprable. Good Luck! BTW the 30N60A4 does not have the antiparallel diode, the 30N60A4D does. Will

Arrow has distributors all over europe but ofcourse not croatia. As I could figure out for nobody of them is going to ship, but thanks for help anyway...
