OK, this is seriously weird. You know ALH84001... the infamous "life" meteorite...

Seems that the Phoenix lander might have found something interesting on Mars, other than the usual water ice.

Maybe they'll tell the president they found evidence of Al Quaeda operating there or WMD.

If so, then we'll finally get that manned mission to Mars.

But seriously, every mission they go on there are annoucements like this. And nothing ever comes out of them.
Its all hype, propogated by the media entity reporting the story.

Funny, not a thing is mentioned on the NASA website . . .

Thats because its all still hush hush....I didn't watch it, but I think its crap. I believe! The day they come to my house and greet me in person untill then there ARE no alien life forms!
