Sorry to rain on your parade but I think most people could get the same (or similar) engine locally for ~$80 at a scrap yard. I would suggest using it your self by mounting it on a bicycle, a go-kart or get an alternator and make a generator/batter charger. Fleabay is also another option but their listing fees are steep and you’re probably not going to get a buyer anyway. Unless you know someone locally that will buy it. One thing I can tell you is your not going to get $200 for it. (Unless this is some sort of exotic engine that is the last of it's kind and belonged to some celebrity or something..)

You can get a brand new Tecumseh 5.5hp engine at Northern Hydraulic or another karting/industrial store for $210...
