For FETs, Allied Electronics sells IRFP260s for a little over 2.50 USD, IIRC. They are a good place to start; 50A 200V

what input voltage should i do i blew a mosfet today (250v) with 80khz and 75V

It's the voltage spikes that you have to watch out for, you can run it at 75V but be getting 300+V spikes that are going to kill the FETs, that's what the zeners are for, to clamp that voltage down to an acceptable level.
By the way your spelling and grammar is totally s....... nah, it's not that bad actually. cheesey
