Well as to not try and revive this post since I am pretty crappy at displaying valuable data and, this is the end of this project. After killing all my original fets but 1, I ordered a bunch more about 10 just for safety, installed 2 new fets in the half bridge and prayed for all to work....and low and behold it lives!
minus the 1st 2 issues 1 being top turn of primary too close to secondary and just starting to arc through the insulation, caught it in time moved the turn down a few inch's, no more problems other then corona around that turn, but 10awg insulation and 1\2in thick rubber will prevent arc over. and the second being that the ground clip disconnected on one run and it started to arc from ground wire to primary wire, caught that one as well either way it runs BEAUTIFULLY producing ~9-13in arcs off the breakout point. As a few last side notes, CPU heatsinks with fans from a pc are your friends after running the coil for about 5mins neither fet was even slightly warm to the touch, and as many of the more experienced coilers know the photo does NOT do this arc any good, considering that the arc usually consists of 2 arcs about ~9-13in long with a thick 1\4 flame at the break out point.
As well I'd like to thank everyone who helped straighten out my design and gave me advice, as well as tolerating my lack of common sense in some cases and my ignorance.
