I started out with a Globe Scout 65 and a Heathkit receiver.
All crystals, all CW

This was around 1988 though.
Still have that love for tube equipment though!
Like using them, collecting them, and building with them.

I wish I would have been a ham in the 70's but I was a kid, born in 66
