I realize Chris is very busy and already doing an outstanding job with the new website, but one thing which i am finding to be a little annoying is after you reply to a message, you get a screen that asks you to click to view your reply or click to go back to the forum. Not sure if there is a way to turn this off, but if there is, it would save a page reload when you are browsing and replying to the forums.

Thanks
Dan

It can be turned off, but then it will immediately redirect you to the forum index, not the thread. For some reason, redirecting to the thread you just posted in isn't an option. I am getting used to it, but it can see how it would also be annoying.

I am open to input. Which is less annoying? Going back to the forum's list of threads after posting, or having to decide whether to go there or back to the thread you just posted in?

I think the old board, when you finished replying to a message, it went back to the list of threads for a particular forum My vote would be for that, but i'd like to hear some other people's opinion on the matter as well.

Thanks for the quick response!

umm Dan. you double posted...

I don't really mind going back the the list of posts in the forum, I think that would be better than clicking...

I agree with EVR, I vote for returning to the forum's index of threads. A majority of the time, if I've replied to a thread I'm done with it for the time being anyway.

I vote for keeping it the way it is, with the options of going back to the thread or back to the forum. I normally like to immediately go back to the thread so I can doublecheck my post and have the thread be marked as read.
