They look like metalised polyester capacitors,
good for high voltage dc and audio bypass or decoupling
not so good for Tesla Coil use for two reasons;
1 - Polyester dielectric is quite lossy at TC frequencies so the capacitor will heat up due to voltage/frequency
2 - Metalised film end connections are not (usually) suitable for large currents, so will heat up in TC use

So when you use them in a TC, monitor the capacitor surface temperature
(when the power is disconnected and the capacitors are discharged)
If they stay cool or warm then no problem
if they get hot then you will need to de-rate them and/or add a fan for cooling.

The forum is not a dictionary, please read the rules again:

I wouldn't worry too much about the caps, SGTC's do not stress the caps as much as do some of the solid state (drsstc, etc) coils do.

But ya, just if they get too hot add another few caps to each string (you did get some extras, right?) and then add more strings to make up the capacitance lost by adding the extra caps in series.
