hello there. A long time ago I decided to build a tesla coil and I started looking for a NST, I found one on ebay, a Integral Plus 15kV, 20kHz, 30mA NST. latter I saw around the web that this kind of transformer wasn't suitable for tesla coils and eventually I forgot the TC idea.. is this really it? Isn't there any possibility?

May_be, but hardly. You need to rectify the output, and probably use some kind of current limiting or disable the protection circuits some other way. Anyway, lots of bother for vain with it.
