What are the diameters of the primary and secondary wires ? did you wind transformer this yourself ?
I did give you the dimension of the copper and yes I did wind it my self.
When you run/ran the inverter open-loop (fixed max. duty cycle) did you notice much voltage drop at the output as you increased the current/power output ?
Yes, the voltage will drop from 300volt with 75 watt to 210v with 240 watt load
Lastly (for now), try connecting the SG3525 output pins (11 and 14) directly to the mosfet gates with no resistors in the gate circuitry.
I have tried using no resistors before and it killed the mosfets , I also did try using higher voltage on the drive circuit to lower the Rds(on) but there is also no difference.
P.P.S. in your original post you said that you are using a totem pole configuration (half-bridge) I assume that you mean that you are operating push-pull as in the article that you pointed to ? (The internal SG3525 outputs are totem pole, but you are operating your inverter in push-pull mode)
Yes, I meant that I'm driving my circuit with a totem pole sg3525 but inverter is push pull topology.
I will do the rest of the diagnostics this week to see what I can accomplish.

So I added feedback , and increased primary windings by weight to run on 200volt output. It becomes a lot more inefficient with the feedback as current seems to rise to high levels, although voltage is regulated at the output and the mosfets just keep on blowing because the Gate signal looks horrible with the feedback.
