I do not know, but I see no reason why it would not work. I use two of the cmos version of the Si570 in my diy ham transceiver for the separate Tx and Rx clocks, 10 - 160 MHz, the more expensive non-cmos versions operate to 1.4 GHz. The Si570 works really well.
The frequency response shown in the advertisment is very non-flat, which may be compensated for, the performance will I expect be largely determined by the filter(s) used. So it should work, but not as well as a 'proper' VNA.

I have the next step up, the 'miniVNA tiny'. Same idea (but more expensive ~$400), but needs a PC or phone for display. Works just fine. I also have a 'miniVNA Pro'. Between them I can cover 10kHz to 3GHz.

After looking into it, I think I'd like to have the same ones you have. But I have to wait a little while until I pay off the lathe I just got.
From what I see, there is a "mini VNA Pro" with a lower freq. limit of 100 kHz, and a newer "mini VNA Pro 2" with a lower freq. limit of 10 kHz; so do you have the newer model?

Yes I have the 'Pro 2' that goes to 10kHz. I got it for tuning up an NFC antenna for a client (@13.56MHz). The 'tiny' I bought for another prospective job to do a 900MHz antenna (which didn't eventuate so I've never used the 'tiny')
Be warned: the Chinese knock offs I got don't accept firmware upgrades. They do work though. And they are considerably cheaper - an important consideration if you are only gong to use it occasionally.
