Is it possible to use a ULN2003 darlington array to drive a mosfet gate ?
it seems like a good way to drive 7 tiny mosfet gates that dont need a huge "thunk" of drive that or big HV mosfets and IGBTs gates need. im trying to use some logic pins to control 6 or more transistors.
As many of you know im always resisting the use of digital logic IC's in direct HV use, but in this up coming project its unavoidable.
I just dont want to buy a bunch of gate drivers if the ULN2003 can do this and other things.

I have seen ULN drivers used to drive FETs in many types of industrial equipment. From memory, the most important parameters; . Vce ON voltage ... must be low enough to ensure that the driven FET is turned off . Speed ... usually 10's or 100's kHz. 1 MHz is (generally) too fast
If switching is not too fast then almost any FET or IGBT etc. can be driven by ULN drivers.
