Im still studying feedback loops.
But im realizing i dont need the idealized examples i keep seeing on google. I can tolerate slow step response for example. Oscillation isnt a deal breaker so long as it doesnt shoot towards infinity.
Im wondering since i always see 1 kHz and 10 kHz calculated examples if using a damped amplifier of 200khz would work. I have a simple optical linear isolator meant for this purpose but i dont want to use a vector network analyzer to study it. Id like to just use a voltage divider feeding into that. but i dont know if that will cuase wild oscilations or not.
Any thoughts?
