That looks much too complicated to be a simple lightning arrestor where a simple lightning rod would do. It appears to be what previous postings have stated: another crackpot trying to transmit wireless energy using dubious theories. I wonder how much investor money is going to be lost on this debacle?

The Corum brothers are behind this. Over the years, those two guys have created a lot of controversy, regarding the workings of a Tesla coil, and I, for one, am happy to see that they finally have made it to a point where their theories can be proven or the opposite.
