Hi I've set up a 60kv supply, and plan when the surface tracking is sorted to move it up to 90kv and a 20nf bank. the question I would like to ask is how to build a electysis setup to reach 50-500bar,in a 50mm3 chamber, I can get 70bar from oxygen tanks but high will be impossible to source off the shelf. Will a hydrologic pressure gauge rated for 9000psi work for gas, with some type of piston. at high voltage are there new effects that will possibly be a health assered. Thanks

I briefly investigated high pressure water electrolysis many years ago, so, from memory;
The coulombic efficiency (Faraday constant) does not change significantly with increasing pressure.
The rquired voltage does increase with increasing pressure, but not dramatically, I think about +3% at 200 bar ... but don't quote me.
Given that we rarely achieve a low overpotential (ideally 1v23 total cell voltage ... good luck with that !) ... you will not notice much difference between 1 Atm nd 500 Atm - except of course that the volume of gasses produced will be inversely proportional to pressure.
