Slowly floating around my areas of interest from Tesla coils and general HV to plasma art, I finally managed to achieve stable results in creating custom planar plasma figures, invented by Wayne Strattman and patented in US under the brand 'Luminglas'. Basically it's a sandwich of glass forms with phosphor dyed glass beads and rarefied UV-emitting gas inbetween. Similar to neon signs, but fully 2D rather than 1.5D. Those interested in technology specs can refer to according patents, I'll just leave some photos of my early successful works here.
