Antique Tesla coil with tubes

probably built around the year 1950.

Hello, this is artisanal tesla coil.

 I don't know the tesla coil with lamps, but maybe with these plans?

The capacitor seems to be paper in oil,
The resistances are to change, because with time their measurements change,
Vinyl cables maybe?

All these elements are to change obligatorily.

I'm not sure that the transformer is still working.

Otherwise I think the lamps are triodes.

I believe the paper-in-oil capacitor is part of the power supply. Probably for a voltage doubler or filtering. The green components near the coil look like typical RF ceramic capacitors.

I think that restoration would require so much alteration that it would lose its value as an artefact.
