Ebay/Paypal notified us that our local government tax office had issued a Subpoena for every residents transaction history. I guess they think that the already outrageous duty, taxes, and fees were not enough.
Our logistics are regularly rerouted, opened, and damaged by bore-holes/cutters. I add 2 weeks to shipping schedules for customs-tards to finish their fun, and can only hope the labeled carcinogenic compounds were handled correctly.
State sponsored data-mining racketeering under the guise of a security theater is a profitable venture these days. Change your account logins on a different computer/network, and get a motion-camera for your post box.
Recall also, some couriers like Fed-ex have their own customs clearance process that can bypass local issues.
