I'm broke, but I spotted these on eBay, and I'm sure someone here will be interested:

It's a batch of 30 x IRFP460 MOSFETs selling once for USD$37.95. They are ST-brand IRFP460s which have lower gate capacitance than the IRF version cheesey

At first I though that they were samples, but he also has like 6k 2n222's, so I guess he just got really lucky dumpster diving ;)

I am tempted, but I already have more than enough silicon laying arround (although I am clean out of '460s) and have spent almost $2k on laser parts in the last month dead Who would have guesses lasers were so expensive wink

If someone wants to spit them or something I wouldn't mind...

Well... Looking at digikey there are some for $1.75 minium 25 pc order, but out of stock. The cheapest in stock are $3.1/pc, IRF branded. $6 a piece from farichild direct wink

This is strange.... the seller is dannell electronics in the uk, (I used to buy stuff from them all the time) but they are only shipping abroad rolleyes Nothing comes up from them in the uk search.

In the UK, a single IRFP460 from RS components is £12.97 / $24.69 or $15.70 from Farnell amazed

For a while ago i bought batch of 250x IRFP460LC for about 4,4SEK a piece, that about 0,6USD amazed .
At that time the seller had about 2500pc left, so if anyone is interested can ask him if he still have some left. cheesey
