Will these differential probes do?

Compare the datasheet with a Tektronix P5200, seems to be inspired by that range of diff. probes.

OK, interesting, the real major difference is that the Tektronix one seems to be rated at 6KV, while these ones are rated at 1300V, but thats almost double my bus voltage after going through the voltage doubler, so i should be OK.

Look at the P5200 or P5200A ratings, not the high end of the produt range.

I would still try to find a used tektronix P5200, which you can get at the same prices as the this, just takes some patience

OK, interesting read, they appear they should do the job, which is the main thing.
I think the main disadvantage is obviously going to be the external power source, internal 9V battery would be great.

Ideally i would love a tektronix probe, but i cant wait for one to turn up!
