Is there a similar tax on those who don't know how to use apostrophes?

In my job i hear a saying: Lottery is tax for stupidity.
if you want to get money, just play rootlet, and put on black or red. But because it is one green number, you will lose money in long term. :D But every body just want to pay next to nothing (like 1-5$) to win 1M or more :D

Usually, i get one ticket in Euro jackpot then winning is more than 50M. Still, around 30% of the time, i win extra ticket.
