Hello I have managed to aquire two IGBT halfbridge modules Fuji 2MBI200F-060. I'm thinking of using them for an induction heater operating at around 80Khz. I have looked up the specs on the turn on and turn off times but do not know how to work out if these modules are suitable. Can somebody help out. Thankyou Claude.

As part of a DRSSTC guide I wrote a chapter on derating IGBTs when used in soft switching / ZCS, so if this is the case for your application it might be of use to you:
