Hi, I'm looking for a Pspice model for a CM600HA24 the two I have do not simulate anything like the datasheet. As I know a few Tesla coil builders here have used this part and thrashed the living daylights out of it I thought I would ask here first before trying to reinvent the wheel. I've been searching on google for a while but could only find two spice models that don't really work. So if anybody has a model for this part please could you post it here. Thanks
I'm trying to simulate one high current pulse but these models don't seem to have an accurate C to E saturation voltage? here's the two I have
