Dear Freaks out there,

I'm selling brandnew halfbridge IGBT Bricks Semikron SKM200GB128D (300A / 1200V, 13nF Cies). These can be used for a DRSSTC or induction heater or other switching applications. Datasheets can be found on the internet. Price is CHF 15.00 per piece, excl. shipping and possible custom fees to your country. Shipping only to Europe. Location: Switzerland. If you take 12 pieces, price can be lowered to CHF 12.00 per piece. Please note: I do not sell less than 4 pieces because of time and effort with package and administration work.

If you are interested, don't hesitate to contact me via PM.

Best regards

Dear HV-Friends

Finally, I've got some more of these bricks for the same prices as given above. Please read carefully all informations above and contact me via PM if you are interested in some of these brandnew IGBT-bricks. There are packagings with 12 units inside, so if you order less than 12, you'll get them not in the original packaging, but, of course, in a static shielding bag.

For more infos, please send me a PM. I'm glad to answer your questions.

Best regards

I'd love to buy 24 off them... but I am concerned about the shipping fees and customs x.x the cost probably means it would be cheaper to fly over there and pick them up, haha.

I bought 12 and had to pay £50 to Customs before they delivered them.

Total price (including Customs and postage, and the £20 the bank charged me for paying Swiss Francs) was around £210, which, I think, worked out around £17.50 each. (don't know how much they are new here, but £17.50 each seemed ok to me)

Initial price, without bank charges or Customs, but including postage, was around £140 (205 Swiss Francs).

Just looked them up at RS. They are listed as 'discontinued', but the alternative they list, the SKM200GB12E4 cost £125 each.
